About Brady Bailey

Brady started his journey with AWM as a summer intern for several years. He graduated Magna Cumme Laude from McDaniel College in May 2025 with a double major in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Accounting. Brady has officially joined our staff full-time as a Financial Specialist. In that role, he will be doing fact-finding meetings with potential clients, as well as meeting with current clients to review their accounts.

Outside of school/work, Brady resides in Wicomico County and enjoys spending his free time with family and friends. In addition, he also likes playing golf and working out.
